Right of Withdrawal

At Meliation, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day:

You, or a third party (other than the carrier), receive the goods, or
In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier), receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option offered by us). Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than:

14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or
14 days from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

3. Return of Goods

You are responsible for returning the goods to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

The cost of returning the goods must be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are customized or made to your specifications.
Worn or used jewelry for hygiene and safety reasons.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Digital content delivered electronically, if the delivery has already begun with your prior express consent.
